Waiting for WiiFit
Over at Wired, Chris Kolher continues his WiiFit diary. I must say that I am jealous and that I can't wait for May 19. (Check out the preview video on Amazon).
In 1999, I finished my first novel, Sparkwood and 21, just after my first son was born. Needless to say, life has intervened and it is too late to return to it. It is completed, though un-edited. Classify it as a work of experimental sci-fi, with a ton of insane character names as well as obvious and obscure pop culture references.
Each day that passes adds evidence to one of the inexorable facts of our existence: it is not unique and, if we survive as a species, we will eventually encounter extra-terrestrial life.
